Senior Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute procurement category strategies across enterprise spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing: RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships, governance, and opportunities for consolidation.
• Drive total cost of ownership improvements and policy compliance.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including AI-driven intake-to-pay adoption.
• Design and optimize procurement workflows and user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in procurement category leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven cost savings.
• Deep knowledge of procurement best practices, category management, and contracting.
• Experience with end-to-end S2P processes and procurement transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across executive teams.
