Senior Procurement Manager – Infrastructure Complex Deals

📋 Description

• Drive assigned engagements from intake and agreement execution through purchasing, ongoing
• Assess commercial and operational readiness, identify gaps in scope, deliverables, acceptance
• Resolve commercial, financial, and operational dependencies, aligning owners on required reviews
• Represent procurement operations in deal planning and senior stakeholder escalations, presenting
• Maintain accurate obligation and purchasing records; coordinate payment readiness, acceptance
• Establish procurement operating standards and influence business, sourcing, Legal, and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Independently managed complex procurement engagements through post-signature execution and
• Ability to distinguish well-structured supplier engagements from those that create avoidable
• Understanding of contractual obligations, payment structures, and procurement controls, and ability
• Ability to independently prioritize time-sensitive engagements, navigate ambiguity, and resolve
• Ability to communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly and influence senior stakeholders without formal
• Experience building repeatable processes in an ambiguous environment and using procurement
