Senior Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Establish end-to-end procurement strategy for ANYmal D2 across prototype and production.
• Secure critical suppliers; manage global sourcing across Europe and Asia.
• Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate single-source risks for high-critical components.
• Drive supplier qualification, capacity planning, and onboarding.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain for seamless NPI transition.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management in hardware.
• Proven track record across product lifecycle from NPI to serial production.
• Deep expertise in sourcing mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.
• Strong mastery of strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier agreements, and terms.
• Experience building supplier networks in fast-growing hardware organizations.
• English business fluency.
