Senior Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee purchasing of materials, equipment, and services; align contracts with objectives.
• Manage supplier base, sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management; support internal customers.
• Assist vendor negotiations to achieve best value, quality, and service.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, maintain vendor records, and administer contracts.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop RFPs, scopes of work, and sourcing requirements.
• May provide Coupa system support, reporting, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in procurement or vendor contract management.
• Experience managing day-to-day procurement platform operations (config, troubleshooting, workflow).
• Proven ability to analyze bids and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet needs.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
