Senior Producer

📋 Description

• Own and maintain production schedules for one or multiple teams consisting of features, assets, and
• Track content through development pipelines involving multiple teams to ensure proper dependency
• Be the "go-to" person for your team to help them connect with others, remove their development
• Serve as an on-site point of contact for the Montreal SK studio space, helping with day-to-day
• Lead and moderate team meetings with clear agendas, focused discussions, and actionable, reliable
• Be the first line of defense and representative for your teams in regard to their capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in multi-disciplinary game development for AAA games.
• Shipped at least one AAA title.
• Comprehensive experience with all phases of game development from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of various development methodologies and their applications (e.g. Scrum, Kanban
• Experience managing team planning, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Strong experience with project planning, presentation, and documentation tools, including Jira.
