• Own Japan’s external game pipeline from ideation to launch and sustain.
• Build and manage relationships with Japan-based game developers and IP licensors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and US Publishing to align Japan content with global standards.
• Lead green-light, milestone reviews, and budget management for external projects.
• Set clear quality targets and support developers while respecting creative ownership.
• Represent Nex Playground at events to cultivate partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in game production; own budgets, milestones, and QA.
• Proven green-light and milestone approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of game development; provide sharp, motivating feedback.
• Set clear destination and quality bar; empower Directors.
• Experience with IP licensing and partnerships in Japan.
• Native or near-native Japanese; strong English for collaboration.
