• Lead production for multiple features; ensure milestones from concept to completion.
• Create, organize, track, and manage feature schedules with actionable goals.
• Identify risks early; mitigate; manage feature scope and creep.
• Lead features from inception to completion as a Feature Owner.
• Identify, track, and resolve impediments daily; propose solutions.
• Organize updates and report statuses to teams; tailor messaging for audiences.

• Articulate and adaptable communicator.
• Sharp eye for visual and functional quality.
• 8-12 years on HD/AAA game development; live service experience is a plus.
• JIRA experience; strong Agile understanding.
