Senior Producer

📋 Description

• Plan, produce, and deliver all video content across the studio.
• Manage production budgets and supplier relationships.
• Lead the video team (Producers, Video Editing Lead, Motion Designers).
• Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
• Lead GenAI video tooling integration into production workflows.
• Translate creative direction into production briefs and execution plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years producing video content (live-action, motion, animation, social).
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and suppliers.
• Familiar with GenAI tools (Runway, Pencil) and AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to build and manage budgets, cost estimation, and POs.
• Experience leading remote or nearshore production teams (advantage).
• Knowledge of higher ed or healthcare marketing is a differentiator.
• Comfort working in structured workflow environments; OMG or similar PM systems a plus.
• Excellent English communication; global collaboration capability.
