📋 Description

• Lead planning and managing large, complex projects from brief to delivery.
• Mobilise internal and external teams around the vision; define outcomes.
• Day-to-day project management; ensure milestones on time and in budget.
• Resource management with Creative Director and Resource Manager.
• Track financial progression; adjust project and team as needed.
• Partner with Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to meet client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning complex strategic projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Budget development and SOW writing experience.
• Identify and solve potential problems; escalate issues as needed.
• Understanding of creative development and asset creation processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
