📋 Description

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of feature success and retention to inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design on planning with data-driven ideation.
• Design A/B tests with rigorous experiment design and cohort/causal analysis.
• Create analytics frameworks and event taxonomy; ensure data quality with data platform team.
• Enable product self-service via tooling and documentation; leverage AI tools to scale analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 yrs in product analytics/data science; strong A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Apply clustering, propensity score matching, and regression to derive insights.
• Fluent in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong product sense; translate business questions into structured analyses.
• Excellent communication; convey insights to tech and non-tech teams; AI tools.
