• Turn product bets into testable hypotheses guiding features
• Understand fund managers' and investors' use; identify pain points
• Automate repeat questions into reusable data products
• Work with a small analytics team with ownership and speed
• Be a sounding board for VP Product and VP Engineering before decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product analytics at a B2B company (fintech/investing ideal)
• Strong SQL and dbt; bonus PostHog event-tracking
• Statistics: call it out when not statistically sound
• Stakeholder mgmt: define metrics with PMs/leadership
• Communicator: explain insights in plain language
• AI-native: automate repetitive parts to focus on insights
