📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end fraud analytics investigations from scope to insights.
• Build and maintain fraud health metrics over time.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for teams.
• Research emerging fraud trends to deepen expertise.
• Manage and mentor a team of 6–9 fraud analysts.
• Partner with Product to inform the fraud roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fraud, risk, or product analytics; SQL fluency.
• People management experience or a clear growth trajectory.
• Go deep on IC analytics while growing into management.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Sharp eye for patterns and anomalies; critical thinking.
• Innate interest in Persona and the problems we solve.
