📋 Description

• Define success metrics for ML products before development, setting metric trees, evaluation
• Design evaluation strategies for problems where the target cannot be observed directly, breaking
• Act as the Product Owner's partner in shaping product direction, translating Data Science results
• Turn stakeholder feedback into structured evidence through pre-agreed review criteria, comparisons
• Shorten time to market by validating ideas early with baselines, rapid prototypes and offline
• Build self-service analytics and AI-assisted tools so that recurring business questions get

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
• Solid foundation in statistics and a strong analytical mindset, with good intuition for designing
• Product thinking: frame business problems in terms of decisions and outcomes, prioritize by impact
• Communication: explain model behavior, uncertainty and trade-offs clearly to non-technical
• AI proficiency: use AI tools to prototype quickly, automate analysis and build evaluation
• Nice to haves: expertise in Python and SQL, including building simulations and reusable evaluation
