Senior Product Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted compliance advisor across benefit products
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Member Services, Sales, and operations
• Review marketing, customer communications, and product docs for regulatory accuracy
• Advise on benefit account processes, ACH and card network operations
• Lead compliance risk assessments for new features and AI-enabled tech
• Identify regulatory, privacy, HIPAA, and data protection considerations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of tax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA)
• Experience interpreting IRS/DOL guidance into product solutions
• Familiarity with ACH, card networks, and benefit account transactions a plus
• Understanding of HIPAA, GLBA, consumer data privacy for benefits administration
• Clear written and verbal communication to non-legal audiences
