📋 Description

• Build and champion product strategies across client engagements.
• Gather and analyze feedback to shape requirements and features.
• Own product plans and roadmaps with executive buy-in.
• Prepare and maintain PRDs with complete, aligned requirements.
• Organize releases and priorities to maximize business value.
• Define measurement plans and use analytics to drive iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management at senior level.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven Telco product experience across self-service, apps, and sales.
• Capable of identifying key projects and epics to drive ROI.
• Backlog mgmt, sprint planning, and roadmapping; runs workshops.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management; consultative execution.
