Senior Product Counsel, Consumer

📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor to product, engineering, and leadership.
• Advise on legal/regulatory matters for user signup, accounts, safety.
• Ensure US and international compliance for content, online safety, advertising.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product advice.
• Draft and review product policies, user disclosures, and terms of service.
• Contribute to internal policies and training for product/engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably consumer tech.
• US license to practice law in the US.
• Experience counseling social platforms or products with parental controls.
• Experience counseling kids safety/privacy issues; product policy or trust & safety.
• Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical, creative advice.
• Ability to manage diverse workload and collaborate cross-functionally.
