Senior Product Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Work across all aspects of product data — data engineering to dashboards, experiment frameworks and
• Analyze large (PB-scale) volumes of user behavior, transactions, and ops data using tools and
• Design and evaluate end-to-end A/B experiments: hypothesis, design, statistics, uplift, actionable
• Define and maintain core product metrics, set OKR targets, and monitor performance
• Translate findings into visuals and recommendations for product, operations and executives
• Be part of a fast-paced org where time to market is critical

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, CS, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science
• At least 3 years of full-time experience in Product Analytics or Data Science
• Strong product strategy analysis experience in user growth, conversion optimization, or
• Curious mindset to identify trends and explain them clearly
• Prior experience with A/B testing platforms and experimental design preferred
• Passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning and AI

Nice to Have

• Crypto/fintech or high-growth consumer products experience
• Personalization/recommendation systems analytics
• Familiarity with event tracking systems (Sensors, Mixpanel)
• Experience building metrics dictionaries or data governance frameworks
• Experience mentoring junior analysts
