📋 Description

• Lead the dbt product design team across platform and CLI products.
• Shape UX strategy across dbt's product experience and AI features.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align design with roadmap.
• Drive change management during integration and design-system unification.
• Build an AI-native operating model for the design lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience; 5+ years leading designers.
• Strong people management: coaching, performance, growth.
• Cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Data, and marketing.
• Designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences.
• Experience designing for technically complex products (ELT, data infra).
• Own UX strategy; connect design priorities to product outcomes.
