Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Build production-quality prototypes and ship frontend code to validate UX quickly.
• Own and evolve Alchemy’s design system; build reusable components and patterns.
• Translate design intent into React/TypeScript UI with spacing and polish.
• Drive system scalability: identify gaps, propose improvements, and ship additions.
• Partner with product designers to improve craft and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers to reduce rework and smooth prototype-to-implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong front-end fundamentals; React + TypeScript (other stacks welcome).
• Systems-minded builder; shipped and maintained design systems (tokens, components, docs).
• A designer’s eye for hierarchy, spacing, typography, and interaction.
• Prototyping quickly without sacrificing craft; choose right fidelity.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast with ownership.
• Clear communicator across disciplines; translate design and constraints.
