Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Partner with customers, PMs, engineers to shape product vision and design strategy.
• Synthesize research, domain expertise, and data to frame problems.
• Run discovery to understand user needs and where tech adds value.
• Align work to outcomes and manage competing priorities.
• Design AI-native workflows and interfaces for insights and actions.
• Own end-to-end design: flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI.

• Comfortable with complexity across fintech/enterprise SaaS domains.
• A systems thinker who shapes workflows, trust, and experiences.
• Focus on accuracy, edge cases, and ambiguity, especially with AI.
• AI-native in your process, from research to prototyping to testing.
• Strong prototyping skills; rapid tangible ideas via AI/tools.
• Fluent in Figma; able to contribute to a design system; strong communicator.
