📋 Description

• 6-10 years of product design; portfolio with measurable impact.
• Fluency in business metrics; act as mini-CEO for your product area.
• Track record finding problems before they are assigned.
• Autonomous, fast-paced startup experience.
• Hands-on with AI design tools, prototyping, and coding.
• Figma expert; strong prototyping; design systems contributor.
