Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead with insights, flows, and prototypes across the product.
• Contribute to Design System for consistent, high-quality UX.
• Design new features from concept to pixel-perfect UI.
• Balance creativity, quality, speed, and business value.
• Deeply understand customer problems to craft novel solutions.
• Conduct mixed-method UX research to inform product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience, startup or embedded.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, CS, or related field.
• Experience designing SaaS and/or consumer products.
• Able to design 0-1 and iterate on existing products.
• Strong design sense with business impact; collaborative.
• Extremely comfortable with Figma; HTML/CSS a plus.
