📋 Description

• Shape product design strategy aligning business, customer needs, and tech feasibility.
• Design and build with PMs/Engineers; use AI end-to-end from research to prototyping.
• Turn ideas into wireframes, diagrams, flows, and prototypes to align teams.
• Talk to customers and partners to validate designs.
• Improve design tools, processes, and standards for the team.
• Early customer research during strategy to shape direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, real-world design experience in human-centered design.
• Comfortable moving across fidelity levels: rough wireframes to polished mockups.
• You use AI in your design process and know when to question AI output.
• Hands-on experience with customer research methods.
• Ability to explain complex ideas simply to designers and non-designers.
• You’ve worked in agile teams before.
