📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end product design with Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to ship solutions.
• Collaborate with UX Research and Analytics to form hypotheses and tests.
• Unify portals, widgets, and admin tools across the ecosystem.
• Use AI as a default tool in daily design workflow.
• Design accessible interfaces that meet WCAG standards.
• Work within cross-functional squads owning a product domain.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design; B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
• Portfolio showing shipped products, complex flows, and design impact with process case studies.
• Strong grasp of research basics; use data to validate decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product.
• English at B2 or higher.
• Bonus: payments/checkout UX, prototyping, HTML, CSS, React.
