🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of senior product design in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale ecommerce.
• Systems-thinking portfolio showing how you solve business problems and measure impact.
• Strong data-driven research fundamentals: form questions, track metrics, validate decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering/product teams.
• English, B2 level or higher, to communicate across a distributed team.
