📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across these product areas, from early strategy and exploration through
• Turn complex growth and rewards mechanics into intuitive experiences that customers understand and
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities and turn
• Collaborate with Promo Ops and Creative Marketing to translate external marketing campaigns into
• Use customer insights and data to drive decisions, balancing experimentation and speed with
• Bring strong interaction design, visual execution, prototyping, and attention to detail to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong process and
• Leverage AI as a core part of your design toolkit to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and
• Excited to flex your visual and graphic design skills, translating external marketing campaigns
• High-frequency problem-solver who can take a solution from concept to execution and clearly
