Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to release with Product and Engineering.
• Lead problem framing and exploration (journeys, flows, prototypes) and align on rationale.
• Improve UI/UX of core client surfaces (portals, forms, workflows).
• Improve and extend the design system for consistency and accessibility.
• Use customer insight and product data to validate and iterate.
• Raise the bar with critique, documentation, and high craft standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product design experience in a fast-paced, product-led environment (B2B SaaS a plus).
• Proven ability to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Excellent visual craft and UX thinking with a shipped-work portfolio.
• Cross-functional collaboration, navigating stakeholder pressure and short turnarounds.
• Take ownership: you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Evidence you adopt AI in your workflow and can explain its use.
