📋 Description

• Partner with PM and Eng to clarify problems and outcomes.
• Lead discovery: interviews, field research, turning insights into strategy.
• Design end-to-end flows for web and mobile; prototype and iterate.
• Drive implementation with Eng; run final design reviews before launch.
• Contribute to our design system; build scalable, accessible patterns.
• Build trusted relationships; communicate clearly to drive decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience or equivalent depth.
• Strong portfolio with systems thinking and crisp UX.
• Deep user research and judgment; connect design to outcomes.
• Fluent in Figma and Claude Code; capable of building design systems.
• Excellent communicator; tell compelling product stories; align cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; decisive without all answers.
