Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Translate complex workflows and user needs into simple, intuitive design solutions
• Use research, data, and customer insights to inform and validate design decisions
• Partner closely with Business, Product and Engineering from problem definition through launch
• Communicate design rationale clearly and use feedback, research, and data to iterate on solutions
• Translate designs into production-ready outputs using tools such as Cursor, Claude, and other
• Partner closely with Engineering, contributing code-adjacent artifacts and prototypes to accelerate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design
• Solid skills in one or more of the following AI design tools (e.g. Figma, Bolt, UX Pilot, Pencil
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback
• Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design, research, or development workflows
