Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research design, prototyping, and iteration across the product
• Translate designs into production-ready outputs using tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar
• Partner with engineering by contributing to code-adjacent artifacts (e.g., component logic
• Leverage AI to synthesize research insights, explore solution spaces, and validate design decisions
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools and workflows to improve delivery speed and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience working on digital products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design
• Solid skills in one or more of the following AI design tools (e.g. Figma, Bolt, UX Pilot, Pencil
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback
• Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design, research, or development workflows
