Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to identify problems and deliver value.
• Shape discovery, workflows, and interaction models from concept to launch.
• Set design standards, mentor designers, and share frameworks across the team.
• Contribute to AI-enabled features, including trust signals and fallbacks.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs for handoff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in product design; strong portfolio.
• Experience contributing to design systems and cross-product consistency.
• Experience designing SaaS/platform apps; strong problem framing and outcomes.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools; AI-assisted research.
• Ability to lead design critiques and coach other designers.
• Strong focus on accessibility and inclusive design.
