🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product/UX Design at Senior/Lead level.
• Expertise in design systems, information architecture, scalable UX.
• Advanced motion and interaction design, high-fidelity prototyping.
• Proficient with Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, or Framer.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives across product development.
• Excellent English; based in LATAM.
