• Strong expertise in design systems and scalable UX patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced motion design, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• 8+ years in Product/UX Design at Senior/Lead level.
• LATAM-based with advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, Framer.
