📋 Description

• Join the Product Design Team at PayPay Bank, contribute to UX/UI for PayPay Bank consumer app
• Design end-to-end UX/UI with focus on user experience across banking touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX strategy with business
• Mentor junior designers and maintain design system quality.
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork across PayPay Group to deliver new features.
• Work on a brand-new banking experience, balancing UX with business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and mobile web.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design using Figma and Adobe tools.
• Proven track record in product releases, analytics, and iterative improvements.
• Business level Japanese language ability.
• Experience shaping UX through user personas, journeys, and design concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
