Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Champion a user-centered design across the organization.
• Lead end-to-end design from research to prototyping for complex experiences.
• Define user needs via Jobs to Be Done, journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes.
• Conduct in-depth user research (interviews, usability testing, analytics).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
• Communicate design rationale clearly across levels (engineering, exec).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design (UI/UX/visual); 2–3+ years on consumer products
• Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution
• Strong motion/interaction design skills
• Portfolio showing end-to-end consumer experiences and complex systems
• Experience designing for monetization or advertising
• English and Bulgarian proficiency
