📋 Description

• Design intuitive, explainable, user-centered experiences in Apollo.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to shape UX patterns and automation.
• Lead design for Extension and Admin surfaces for consistency.
• Use AI tools in ideation, prototyping, and research workflows.
• Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify user needs.
• Prototype, test, and iterate using feedback and behavioral data.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing and shipping complex web products.
• AI-first mindset; daily use of LLMs and AI tools.
• Experience designing AI-powered features with trust and control.
• Strong discernment; editorial layer for AI outputs.
• Expert instincts translating problems into excellent UX.
• Self-starter; fast-paced, owns multiple projects.
