Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own complex UX/UI design projects end-to-end, from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity
• Set the quality standard for the team's output, demonstrating what excellent design looks like at
• Make well-reasoned trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope, and communicate those decisions
• Produce meticulous, well-organized Figma files that are easy for the team to build on and maintain.
• Translate the Manager's strategic direction into concrete design approaches, proactively filling in
• Identify appropriate opportunities for AI-enabled experiences and use AI-assisted or agent-building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, HCI, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and
• Proven experience using AI in a professional product design process, with at least one substantial
• Expert in Figma, comfortable with established design systems
• Independent execution with the ability to deliver from a brief without constant direction
• Exhibits critical thinking, a strong design rationale, and clear articulation of ideas
