Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own complex UX/UI design projects end-to-end, from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity
• Set the quality standard for the team's output, demonstrating what excellent design looks like at
• Make well-reasoned trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope, and communicate those decisions
• Produce meticulous, well-organized Figma files that are easy for the team to build on and maintain.
• Translate the Manager's strategic direction into concrete design approaches, proactively filling in
• Identify appropriate opportunities for AI-enabled experiences and use AI-assisted or agent-building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and
• Demonstrated experience using AI in a professional product-design process, with at least one
• Expert Figma user, comfortable working within and contributing to established design systems.
• Excel at independent execution: ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver
• Think critically about problems before jumping to solutions and articulate design rationale clearly
