Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for your product areas, delivering impactful solutions and shaping direction
• Partner closely with product and engineering to shape direction and turn complex technical
• Design workflows for technical users that simplify complexity while preserving power and clarity
• Use research and analytics to understand technical users, identify opportunities, and inform and
• Create flows, interaction models, and prototypes to explore ideas and align teams
• Connect design decisions to customer and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for complex SaaS, B2B, enterprise, or technical
• Experience designing complex technical experiences with a strong ability to empathize with and
• Driven by a deep understanding of how products get used and experience leveraging UX research and
• Ability to lead customer research, customer validation, concept design, usability testing, and
• Ability to drive and land UX strategy for complex design problems that span multiple teams
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a bias toward action
