Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users
• Emphasize a strong product strategy and vision (not just 'how should this look' but also 'what
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily to research, ideate, and build interactive prototypes in code.
• Design AI-powered experiences, such as automation, suggestions, and agentic flows. Define how they
• Make data-heavy financial workflows clear, scannable, and confident to use

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design in a software
• Proven, hands-on AI experience. You use Claude or similar tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, etc.) in
• Experience designing AI-powered features, or a clear point of view on designing for
• Comfort turning designs into working prototypes, and working with engineers on what's ready to ship
• Excellent communication skills (able to clearly articulate design decisions)
• A strong design point of view and a high level of comfort with opposing opinions
