Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Drive and execute an ambitious product design strategy with impact on UX and business outcomes.
• Apply a systems-thinking lens to connect user insights with business goals.
• Lead collaboration with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science.
• Design end-to-end flows for multiple personas across the Okta portfolio.
• Ensure cohesive, responsive experiences across desktop and mobile, with accessibility.
• Champion secure, AI-enabled design and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent product design experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer with a shipped portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq and/or similar design tools.
• Portfolio showing solid work; portfolio link required when applying.
• Ability to move between big picture thinking and detail orientation.
• Experience incorporating AI into the design process and tooling.
