Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design for complex enterprise features from discovery to high‑fidelity visuals using AI.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to deliver accessible, performant interfaces.
• Create flows, prototypes, and specs; use AI to speed research and iteration.
• Own the UX and advocate for users; align with the design system.
• Partner with engineering using Claude, Figma Make, and Cursor.
• Drive AI-native workflows and build reusable AI capabilities across the function.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/Product Design in enterprise SaaS; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Expert in UX processes and end-to-end design; AI integration.
• Strong portfolio for complex systems with AI‑enabled design.
• Solid user research foundation; experience with AI in research.
• Proficient in Figma with AI features; familiar with Cursor and Claude Code.
• Experience collaborating with US-based teams; strong communication.
