Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end UX for AI model experiences from discovery to delivery
• Partner with PMs and engineers to define strategy and translate AI concepts
• Conduct user research to uncover needs, mental models, and AI trust gaps
• Advocate for user needs, ethics, transparency, and usability in AI
• Develop frameworks, interaction models, and design patterns for AI products
• Present design concepts and insights to stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
• Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects and end-to-end design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, usability best practices
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design strategy
• Experience designing for AI/ML-driven products or data-rich applications
