Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design thoughtful user experiences that make the complexities of broker and brokerage operations
• Help bring new products to market and shape the commercial real estate industry
• Work closely with Product Managers to help define product vision and strategy and conduct
• Be the voice-of-the-customer within product focus and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
• Craft useful and usable experiences through diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and visual
• Partner with another designer to co-maintain a high-fidelity interactive prototype using Figma and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer with
• Experience with a SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction
• Working knowledge of web technologies and their constraints for complex systems
• Comfortable building interactive prototypes with AI-assisted tools
• Comfortable leading user research activities, design sprints, and workshops
• Expertise in Figma and knowledgeable of UX/UI standards for responsive and mobile app design
