8–14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems
Advanced Figma expertise with scalable component libraries
Experience establishing and governing design systems
Experience building or scaling enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, or operational tools
Experience leveraging behavioral analytics tools (PostHog, Full Story, GA, Power BI)
