🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in interaction design or design engineering with AI tooling experience
• Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants to ship real product
• Experience writing evals, agents, prompt libraries, or skills
• Strong interaction design fundamentals; defend design choices
• AI UX opinions: trust signals, error recovery, progressive disclosure
• Excellent communication of design decisions to PMs, engineers, ML researchers, and executives
• Portfolio includes AI-powered or AI-adjacent product work
