Senior Product Designer, AI Experiences

📋 Description

• Lead complex and ambiguous product problems end-to-end, from identifying and framing opportunities
• Design intuitive AI-powered experiences that thoughtfully account for uncertainty, system feedback
• Translate complex data, AI-driven insights, and intelligent system behaviors into clear
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid experimentation to uncover member needs, test
• Create and prototype information architectures, workflows, interaction patterns, and system
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and other cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
• Deep expertise in UX and interaction design, particularly for mobile experiences
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong attention to detail
• Strong product judgment and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively
• Experience designing AI-powered, personalized, intelligent, or similarly complex data-driven
• High proficiency in Figma
