Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the lifecycle.
• Design growth loops and lifecycle experiences (referrals, pricing, packaging).
• Balance multiple workstreams; know when to deep craft vs ship fast.
• Contribute to and maintain Nivoda's design system for consistency.
• Run lightweight user research to ground design decisions.
• Work with engineers to ship designs quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI portfolio and measurable impact.
• Experience designing for complex, data-dense or catalogue-heavy products (marketplace).
• Fluent in UX (flows, IA, usability) and UI (visual design, design systems).
• Proven ability to ship quickly in high-velocity environments with engineers.
• Experience running or contributing to user research and translating insights.
• Figma proficiency and component-based design systems; based in or willing to commute to Boston.
