• Design across Jeeves platform from mobile to desktop.
• Own projects end-to-end: frame problems, explore solutions, ship.
• Elevate core product craft; pay down UX debt.
• Promote product vision via design exploration and leadership briefings.
• Use AI tools to explore more directions quickly without sacrificing craft.
• Apply payments/fintech expertise to real-world financial complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (networks, issuers, partners).
• Experience designing for B2B or finance-team users.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences (trust, explainability).
• Experience in globally distributed product orgs across time zones.
• Experience mentoring designers or shaping design practices.
• Native or professional Spanish.
