🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a product designer
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product partners
• Experience working with data and technical complexity
• Experience designing AI-powered or AI-native product experiences, such as copilots, assistants
• End-to-end ownership of meaningful features or surfaces
• Shipped products that have simplified complex workflows
